I have never really acclimated acros to my tank. I normally dip, let stand out of water for 10 minutes or so and then drop them in. I haven't lost an acro yet. Today I brought home some acros that had been in a bag for 30 hrs. When I tested the alk of the bag water it was in the 12 range. My tank is 7.4. I'm a little worried about causing an alk swing by doing the acros the normal way I do them, but if I drip acclimate they will still have a rather fast alk swing. Any suggestion on the best way to get these guys in my tank. Right now they have been dipped and are floating in my tank in their ship water.
