Slow growth can explain the stability in your parameters, especially if your feed input is low.
Since these parameters seem fine and your corals are otherwise healthy, I'd personally look into the lighting first. Is it possible to increase some of the other colors (i.e. not blue)? SPS often appreciates a good spectrum of light from what I've seen and heard. I know people who swear by T5's and halides for that reason when it comes to acros.
That's just what I'd try first, even if it sounds a little "outside the box".
