Hello all! Is anybody using All for Reef? My tank consumes 0.8 Alk every week, from 9.1 to 8.3. Does anybody know what dosage of All for Reef shoud I use daily?

You can use the calculator on their website.

If your alkalinity is dropping that much but calcium and magnesium are on the higher end and stable...it is recommended to dose Balling part B to get alkalinity in line. I was having the same issue and dose part B to keep my alk stable.

He is losing less than 1 dKH per week. He will not be able to detect the calcium decline in a week, and magnesium will never noticeably decline in that scenario.

Thus, more AFR is a fine approach and no unbalanced dosing is indicated.

I would just slowly increase as Randy recommends, and test. You really don’t want change to happen too quickly anyway. Slow and steady winds the race as they say. Hopefully you are using a doser and you can be precise with the additional dosing.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
