Hello everyone. My name is Lou and I am new to this site. Although, not new to reefkeeping. I

I had recently bought a new Salifert Alk test kit in March of this year. Upon performing a measurement with the low resolution and then again using high resolution. I noticed a considerable difference between the two, of which was 0.6 The low resolution measured 7.2 while the high resolution measured 7.8! I checked the expiration date which was a least a couple years from the date on which i performed the tests. I also repeated the respective two tests and got the same results.

Maybe a few of you can try the same thing to verify my results.

Lou
