I’m not sure if this is the place for this. However I have a Alkatronic pro that’s not working. I purchased it two months ago from Bulk Reef supply. I’m getting a code one. For the last month I have been dealing with bad tec support. They take days to get back to me. Everything they have asked me to do has failed. My last exchange with them was Thursday. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I have been back and forth with tech support for the last three weeks without success. I’m saying all this to warn anyone thinking about buying an Alkatronic to be aware that should you have a problem. Don’t expect much help from tech support. I really like the Alkatronic and all I want is for it to work as it should. Anyone have any suggestions for me? My only hope now is that Bulk Reef Supply helps me out some how at this point.

Maybe the creepy AI sales model is also the support agent, and she blinked too many times awkwardly and broke?

Or umm...

She is out with a virus? 🙃
