Id use it throught the day, im dosing it 5 times a day.

Thank you for your reply! It's looking like there's not really a benefit to breaking up the dosing, so I'm going to dose it all at once, sometime around mid-morning.

The statement that afr doesn't contain magnesium. It has plenty for most systems.
