I just google this worm your mentioning but its not the same. This looks like hair algae coming out of the butt of the fish . Not tubesThis is a similar parasite to the freshwater ones called “camallanus worms”, they are in both fresh and saltwater. I am not familiar on treatment with them in saltwater, in fresh you use Levamisole. I don’t know what they are officially called in saltwater
In this picture the clownfish looks to be heading to eat that stringy stuff . Thats what is coming out of his butt. It looks like a hair worm but i took some from the tank and its not moving or anything . Here is a pic

what and how often are you feeding them ?, calunus,hatched brine shrimp, ocean nutrition mini pellets and ocean nutrition flake food
Can you explain your question a little more clearly llolldid you lapse in feeding last couple days? have seen clowns eat algae when cleaning a spot to lay eggs
this looks like eating like spaghetti ,and not digesting ?
Nodid you miss a couple of days feeding ,in last couple days ?
