I just got a "pair"of clowns and was told they are Allardi. The female is clearly an Allardi and the male is clearly a Clarkii. The female is quite large in relation to the male...3 1/2" to 2" tops for the male. Only have had them for a week, the female seems to tolerate the male. She is digging like mad and he shadows her where ever she goes. Will these two ever be capable of producing offspring? Not that I am looking for them to reproduce, I am merely curious as to their long term compatability.
Thank you in advance.

I am hoping that by responding to my own thread that green round thing will go away that indicates there have been no responses! I got tired of looking at it everytime I check!

Dont know about reproduction, but they should live together.
