Not enough detail or contrast to make out the unknown. Google "images of red bugs", they are pretty distinctive looking. That looks like a Setosa a montipora, RB are parasitic to acropora I have never seen them on a montipora.

I installed camera+ on my iphone and use macro shot. Might give you the detail image you need.
Could be black bug. They seem to like monti and acro.... For your sake I hope not

So after I held my phone extremely still I'm pretty sure it's just I extended polyps sorry think it's a false alarm thank you for the reply and advice tho
