Not enough detail or contrast to make out the unknown. Google "images of red bugs", they are pretty distinctive looking. That looks like a Setosa a montipora, RB are parasitic to acropora I have never seen them on a montipora.
 
I'll install that later I had to go to work hopefully it's nothing I have a iPhone as well curious to see how much of a difference it makes
 
So after I held my phone extremely still I'm pretty sure it's just I extended polyps sorry think it's a false alarm thank you for the reply and advice tho
