I've been feeding 1 cube of Hikari's frozen spirulina brine per day along with a ~4-5" square of nori. I never really questioned whether it's enough or too little. Might add a lawnmower blenny in the future.

2 medium tangs, yellow and purple
2 clowns
1 chromis
1 sixline wrasse
1 lubbocks wrasse

Perfect, thanks!! I was getting my NO3 to start bottoming out so I think maybe I just need to dial back the skimmer or feed more. I'll dial the skimmer down.
How's the phosphate, that can be a problem with nori.

My phos is stable at 0.04-0.06 via Hanna ULR. I dose 2mL of my DIY phos solution daily to maintain that which is supposed to raise my tank 0.01 with each mL.

NO3 I was initially having high reads per NYOS, the test vial almost looked bright yellow as an API kit would read 0. On NYOS that is somewhere around 25, and a long time an unknown value between the 12-25ppm markers. It was around 5 a few days ago, and then with some feeds and the skimmer off today I have it reading 12ppm. Not dosing any NO3.

I'm looking for the best nutrient control and stability to help with my coral health. :)

The portion is satisfactory but the type of food is inadequate.
My recommendation:

Add LRS fish frenzy to the menu along with mysis shripm, small plankton, prime reef flakes and frozen as well as adding selcon vitamins 2X per week to the food along with garlic extract snother 2 days of the week to the foods.

lol. Thanks guys. I've got LRS reef frenzy in the fridge as well as a flat of PE mysis. I think I naturally gravitated towards 100% frozen spirulina brine as it was smaller and more readily taken. Those big LRS reef frenzy chunks even the tangs won't touch.

Vetteguy keeping Shamus. So excited for my real build in a few years when I move again. Probably won't be to your level yet!

I tried the ol' LRS reef frenzy again tonight. I like the idea of LRS and the effort they put into their foods, but I just can't get my fish to eat it. I think they'd rather starve than eat that food. The spirulina brine they go crazy for. The PE mysis they'll eat but they don't go as nuts for that one as the brine. Maybe I will alternate the 2 of those frozens.
