Hi I have a 220 gallon reef with mainly SPS but currently feed 5 cubes of vitamin soaked Mysis shrimp 2 times a day. One to two times a week I feed my copperband table shrimp and or some frozen clams and a few times a week I throw in a large pinch of flake food. For fish I have a 2.5 year old copperbanded butterfly, yellow tang, 4-5 inch hippo and naso tangs, 4 chromis, and 2 Bartlett Anthias. All of my fish have healthy guts on them. I dose NOPOX daily and nitrates are around 1 but am finding my Phosphates are staying around .08-.1 with me using 1 cup of GFO each month or so. I would love to stop of use less GFO but can’t let the phosphates get out of control. Based on what you guys are doing do you think I am feeding too much?
