I ordered my Radium 20k from them, and I just want to say super thumbs up to them. As some of you may know, the bulb burned out after about 3 hours of use. I called them up, and the support rep was very kind and appologized for the incident and is sending a new bulb out to me today, via Fedex Express Saver (faster than the original bulb was sent me). I really appreciate everyones help over there, and must say if you are looking for a new MH bulb, thats the place to go. Lowest prices Ive found and free shipping on all MH lamps.

I have had a great expierience with them also. I had originally ordered a SE bulb for a pendant I had. In the mean time I ordered a a DE penedent. They swapped the bulb no questions asked. Great people

Got the replacement a day earlier than expected, slapped it in, and magic!! Its been running all weekend (and beginning the week) with no hiccups. Woohoo!
