On two occasions, I have had issue with Dinos starting to appear when dosing aminos. I have fortunately been able to work them out of the system in a few weeks, but I'm looking to move on from aminos for now. What other products do people like that aren't as likely to feed Dinos?

Anyone have experience with Korallen-Sucht products? I add Flatworm Stop and it has done wonders for some of my corals.

I dose 4 mls of Neonitrate and 4.5 mls of Neophos throughout the day day to keep nitrate levels around 5ppm and phosphates present in the system (usually undetectable again not long after a dose though). So, system tends to run a bit nutrient-deficient.

did you scope them? i've personally had amino dosing fuel cyano but the only times i've found dinos was due to a disparity of nutrients.

I have not verified under a microscope.

Reasons I think its dinos:
- Looks too stringy to be Cyano or diatoms (no areas of matting)
- Some zoas have been a bit closed up since they appeared
- Slightly flared after a water change

My first run-in with dinos were the more conventional Dino blobs. They were fading and similarly flared back up after I resumed amino dosing.
