I just found a free online calculator for estimating the toxicity of ammonia in aquariums under varying conditions:

It looks like the calculator has an error in it, not a major one, but the UIA numbers for saltwater skew a bit high compared to Bower’s reference (unless she was wrong). I tried to contact the author, but didn’t see a way to do that.
