ammonnia bage a helpful tool for QT tanks?

as I start to set up my QT tanks was wondering if the ammonia badges are worth it or not?

The ammonia badges are absolutely worth it. Copper and other treatments can skew test kit results, the ammonia alert badge's readouts are unaffected by copper and treatments :)

Quick question: Anyone use one during a cycle just to keep an eye on things?

I should clarify: I am colorblind and I get sick of asking other folks the color of tests. It seems like this would be easy since it's yellow when OK. If it's not yellow, I know it's not OK.

^ I have seen/heard of ppl doing this on there cycling tanks. I think it would be a good idea for you.
