Ouch! I don't like more than a hour to an hour and a half without water moving. I'd do my best agitating the water as best you can.

Might wish to consider a generator or inverter for future use. If you were close, I'd drop off my generator.

Generator or battery power air pumps for sure. We keep both here in Florida.

Think the ups will probably be able to keep the pump going for about 2 hours more. Hopefully it's back on by then
