The elegance of simplicity. You have done it again! And I think I am way ahead of you on slow builds. :)
Thanks bro! Ha! I don't think I've ever had a fast build! Still have a few touch ups to do with the stand and get the doors in. Thanks for the kind words I'm really happy with the out come of the set up so far.

So tank is on and rubber mat has been cut to size ( boy was that a job!!!) bulk heads are in. Going to paint the inside edge of the panels where the doors will go and bring the plumbing down into the sump which will be just a 20 gallon tall tank.

Tank looks like a fun setup.
If you really want it to look old you could crackle paint it.
If you paint on wood glue, let it skin over for 15-30 minutes or so then put a coat of paint on the glue it will crack as it dries.

Thanks guys! Filled up yesterday and prepping for cycle. I'm hoping for a short and clean cycle (no nuisance out breaks) but we'll have to see. Fingers crossed.

Sitting on the couch playing around with the Radion Pro G3. From someone who for years relied on timers and turning the lights back on manually to check out the reef late night is really enjoying this "easy life" with the Radion. Love it!!!!!
