Anemone and 10 gallon ?

Would an anemone(BTA) survive in a ten gallon tank , tank has been set up for 7 months .

Short answer is Yes it is certainly possible. Longer answer is, yes it is possible, but probably not very feasible. Anemones need high light for long term health. They also like stable water parameters especially salinity. They like flow and in a 10g they will have to be dangerously close to the flow creating device. If you can keep salinity stable as well as the rest of the perimeters stable, deal with nutrient control and keep it safe from power heads, yes it is possible.

I would recommend getting a rock flower nem they are really colorful and are smaller in size here is a pic of mine. They are also pretty easy to keep.

Yea wwc has some great wysiwyg rock flower nems and so does cultivated reef mine was from cultivated reef

I used to have a nem is a twenty gallon with s clownfish, an elegance and a goni. This was when I was 19 and in college. If I knew then what I know now, I’d make the thing a single anemone tank with a bit of a zoa garden and maybe a clownfish and one or two other fish. It lived, but it moved around a lot. In hindsight, I don’t think I had the right tocka and the right placement. My current bta iasntnmoved from its rock since the first owner had it (bought an 85 gallon loaded with everything off Craigslist a year ago. I’d probably go with another bta as I’ve had great luck with mine.
