Anemone and shroom boxes question

I received my box to start my collection of rock flowers. Should I leave empty ? Or fill with small peices of rumble rock?

I am considering to just leave empty.

You need rubble in there. They love rough surfaces and will move around until they find a perfect spot.

I ran my rock flowers with nothing. I notice they moved around way more than with rubble.
