any other nems or corals? how are they doing? I'd suspect either some sort of contaminant in the water, or a water parameter that has recently changed significantly and rapidly - could be nitrate, phosphate, temp... any ideas?

Is the foot attached? Does it respond to food? What about the lighting?

The other ones are doing fine. It stays attached. I haven’t tried to feed it lately. I can try this evening to see how it responds. It’s been like for about 3 months. Originally thought it was just annoyed with the clown and moved it to our 40 gal but it looked like it was declining further. Moved it back to the original 90 and he perked up but still no tentacles. I attached the other anemones
