tank temperature is at 74 my heaters wont stay on enough. i haven't completed a water change in a month. take a look at the picture

I don't see a bleached anemone. I think the white blob is what you're referring to...? Maybe a better picture will help, but it looks dead. I would try to remove it and run some carbon.

And buy a new and/or additional heater!
