Anemone dying?!??!

Hello, I jus started adding fish a few days ago, and also this anemone. Had it deflate one previous time (it was pooping). But now it looks worse this time, and some tentacles are falling off. Could it be dying?

You should not add an anemone so early. The reason is your tank isn't stable yet. Keep an eye on it and if it looks like it is melting pull it out.
