Anemone Help

A guy that I know was getting rid of some thongs in his tank so he gave me his anemone. Now I know you should wait 4-6 months but I thought I would risk it and he told me some things i would need for it. Can someone tell me if this looks healthy. It kind of bubbled up recently

Bubble or LTA? LTA should have the foot buried in sand. Bubble on rock.
