Anemone help

so I have a rose bubble tip anemone and it is doing great eating and growing. I also have a rainbow who isn't doing so well can anyone help me to get this guy back going l? When I dust got him he was doing great but after a week in my tank he started shrinking up. Here's a couple pics.

Maybe the clown is bullying it

It was like that before the clown I got the clown to host it, I thought that may would help it since the other one is being hosted and doing great.

How new is the rainbow? They sometimes need some time to acclimate to a tank. However the clown wint make things better right now especially if the clown is too big

I've had him about 1 month oh dang o hope he comes along

The blue is so saturated its hard to tell....usually clowns wont host a dying nem so if this clown shows interest its probally ok....just dont let it smother the nem
