Anemone Help

About once a day my anemone seems to contract and generally look unhappy, it's my first anemone so I'm not sure what's wrong with it. Parameters are good only thing high is nitrates. Is this the culprit or something else cause sometimes it looks great. Even today it looked fine earlier but now it's deff unhappy

Could you list out your recent test results please?

A picture in white lighting would be more helpful. Can't see anything in Windex Mode.

Is this at the same time every day? During ramp down in the evening?
