It looks like it's stretching towards the light? Is it new

That bottom brown foot is a different nem. This one isn't really reaching. Just it won't eat and the tentacles are small

How long has your tank been set up?
What are your current water parameters --- with numbers, please.
How long have you had the anemone?

The tank has been up about 6-8 months but has been moved twice. My nitrates are about 10-15 I have the utter orbit marine led. I have one nems that's doing good and eating and very thing but the other isn't. I have a cascade 1500 canister on the but upgrading to a sump within the next week or so the tank is 37 gallons
