Is this normal for my anemone. It always extended like this . I’ve had it for about two months. Is this normal?

It looks like it is reaching for light. Is there a way you can move the rock higher? What lights are you using?

Ai prime 16hd. Its getting about 200 to 300 par

Do you have a PAR meter to verify? Also, are you running heavy blues? Most BTA in the aquarium trade come from shallower water with plenty of sunlight. It may need a whiter spectrum.
