Anemone question

Can someone tell me of this is normal Anemone behavior? It stretches out like this a few hours after lights come on. Then shrinks under the rocks at night. He seems healthy just want to make sure. I’m new to this.

Yes, very normal. This is how anemones avoid predators. They can quickly shrink into the hole so that fish, such as anemone eating angelfish, can't get them.
