Anemone really bad looking

Received a lta I bought online and within 24 hours it’s spitting clear slimy substance out of mouth it’s dripping tentacles and guts are outside of mouth I really don’t want it to nuke my tank tia

Don’t buy an animal if you’re going to throw it away before it’s actually dead. Put it in a 5 gallon bucket with a heater and powerhead. Use egg crate or something similar to prevent the anemone from getting sucked into the powerhead or burned by the heater. Do 100% water changes every12-24 hours. If the water gets cloudy do a 100% water change. Let it sit out of water for a few minutes while you do this so that it will purge (deflate) all the water out as it will then bring in clean water (medicated if you have cipro available) in to inflate.

If you are going to keep anemones you should also try to keep cipro on hand. Depending on where you are from this could require a prescription from a vet. If you are from the US, you can order it online without a prescription.

I never said I was throwing it away I have moved it to a bucket I’ll have to get a prescription for anti biotics. It does have a foul smell though

Ah didn't realize you were north of the border. If you can find an exotic animal vet. They are most likely to prescribe for aquatics
