Anemone - split help

OK so I am a relative newbie (14 months) to the hobby. I current have a 40G tank and I am moving to a 300G in my new house in May. In my 40 G I have a Anemone that has now split twice so I went from 1 to 4 and obviously with only 2 Clowns and a smaller tank I am a little concerned. Should I be? Is there an easy way to extract an Anemone from the rock to sell/trade with the LFS?

Good luck!! Take the rock(s) w/nems on them and sell/give to lfs - ie remove them all!! Never buy again! They always take the prime spots in the tank! For me they were a disastrous weed and split 14x!! :-)
