So, kinda worried kinda not. My nem wedged itself under the rock in my tank. Is this ok? Or move him?

I got him 2 days ago and he seems to be doing great.
pic 3when I got him
Pic 2was a few hours ago, he was still planting himself under the rock, just moved places
Pic 1 is now.
He is in a good place of flow and seems to enjoy it, it’d just be nice if he was out more.

Leave it be. The nem knows where it wants to be. Any help from you will actually make things worse. In the end, it will go back to where it wants to be anyway.

Thanks, that’s what I thought also.
If you notice it looking bad is when to get hands on. In that case hospitalization and cipro may be needed. Cross that bridge if you come to it though.

I ticked my nem off by moving it out from underneath the rock it chose, it started getting really stressed out and wouldn't open end when it did it was 1/4 the size. I sold it before I got to see what it would do next, I'd probably leave it alone like I should have. Good luck!
