This past Saturday a snail decided to get into my RBTA and the RBTA tried to eat it. I had to fish it out and now the Anemone isn't acting like its self. It has moved from the spot it's spent the past 8 months and is now hanging upside down under a rock. I am worried it won't get enough light and I am curious to see if anyone has had a similar situation. Thanks for the help.

Not sure if the snail ticked it off or not. I'm sure when it is ready for more light it will move back out.

Maybe [HASHTAG]#reefsquad[/HASHTAG] has more help

How exactly did you "fish it out" ? Was the snail already in the anemone?

My S. haddonis have always been snail eaters (( and urchins too )) -- just let things be, the anemone will "spit out" the shell after it has eaten.

I used a pair of tweezers. I am not sure the anemone would have been able to spit it out. It is in a whole in the Rock
