Hey guys. My long tentacle anemone that I purchased a few days ago fell off the rock I put him on and I tried to replace him but he just won't stay. He is now at the bottom of a rock in the sand. Should I just leave him and let him do his thing or try to move him again.
Thanks

Ok bud thank you
I put mine in a perfect spot in the rocks. The anemone then decided that it would spend the next few days 'scouting' out the tank for a better location. Three days later it ended up... right back where I placed it (where it has remained since).

Above is correct, they need to place their foot into the sand bed.
LTA's feet damage very easy and they rarely survived a damage foot so be careful with it around rock.

I learned this today myself after getting an LTA and doing research before placing him . I dug mine a hole in my 4 inch sand next to a rock and so far hee seems very happy.
