Hey guys i woke up this morning to the sound of my protein skimmer was sounding weird and i looked in my tank and my green bubble tip anemone had moved right next to my power head and started being sucked up. It doesnt look like any tentacles were ripped off should i pull him?

I would move him away from the powerhead or get a cover for the power head.

Definitely try to move if you can. Inspect its foot for signs of damage. Also be prepared for it to be grumpy for a bit.
