Hey y’all my tank is approximately 8.5 months old and i have a decent amount of Hair algae. Do I need to worry about the anemones happiness? Or will it do fine with whatever the algae circumstances may be?

Wouldnt worry about the algae being present, but algae growing too much can be a sign of parameters being out of whack. What size tank is this and what other inhabitants? Any tests for phosphate as well?

Recommend getting your Alk stable and the rest of params should fall in place.

As for hair algae, you might want to physically remove it (fastest) and/or keep them at bay with some tangs (sorry, didn’t get that from your previous posts).

Anemones are pretty resilient as long as they have good stable water conditions and strong lighting. Manual feeding with also help as well. I used to have 10 in the tank but later gave them all away — they kept on splitting and killing other SPS corals!

Happy reefing!
