Anenome help

Can anyone tell me if this anenome is dying or dead???? Before it was almost flat on its face and someone said it was just moving but now it's completely flat. I can't even find the foot like before. the top pic is now. The other two are with in the last couple hours. But some snails were under it and it was moved by them coming up from under the sand

If it was me, I would pull it.

But first,

What size tank?
What lights?
How long has the tank been set up?
How long have you had the anemone?
What are your current water parameters, with numbers please.

29 2 yrs couple weeks everything tested fine before and after a water change. Temp is 77. I don't have numbers for the tests I follow the chart a specialty store gave me. Everything what where those black marks are. I pulled him and smelled it but it has no smell. I know it probably won't make it but the store said pull if it had a smell and when I dropped him back in he now is sitting like the second pic.

What type of LED's? I am afraid that it looks like the anemone is dying.

I pulled the bubble. I have a long tentacle now. Doing great so far

My husband bought this light at the local fish store. We have a 40 gallon that isn't set up yet and I think he bought it with that in mind.

If I were you Id hold off on adding anymore nems if you arent sure you can keep one.
