What make an anenome reach far up. Mine reach up a lot. Are they trying to get more light?

Several species of anemones have been found to be heliotropic meaning they do move toward light sources.
 
Those look normal and fine, but yes, if I see a low lying sand dwellar stretching high up I usually assume it needs more light than it is being given, or if a nem crawls up glass
