Anyone know what type of angelfish this is? And where I could possibly get one

Majestic Blue Girdled Angelfish. Not sure where you could get one.

you can find them at most lfs from time to time. I havent gone recently to see what is being shipped rn but you could also get a juvenile from biota which is pretty guaranteed not to come with any parasites which is a definite plus. (through biota but these are bred by bali aquarich, also a reputed breeder esp of angelfish)*

I was wondering about this one. It's the first place I went. Are the coloration and patterns different between Juvenile and adult?

Yeah they are. Kinda look like juv emperor angels colorwise without the white then that yellow blue as an adult

I have a biota majestic that I purchased a few months ago. It was already transitioning when I received it and has continued to develop the adult colorations. Great fish!

yes they change a lot. They look a lot like blueface angelfish juveniles but less white. The picture in their photo is a transitioning one

So you're not going to buy my suggestion!!?? I'm SO OFFENDED! I think I may have to rant and rave, go on and on for at least 10 minutes! Complain at my neighbors for at least half of that. Oh!!! And post a quick Tick-Tock video of how I was disserviced by this PERSON on a forum!

......Or maybe not. It was exhausting just typing this.

......I'm almost 61. I need to conserve energy!

Edit: I just realized I spelled Tick-Tock wrong. Yep. 61.

They are very pretty fish but the picture in the original post is taken under some special lighting - if that is what you are looking for. Those light blue colored outlines on the fish do not stand out like that under normal lighting
