I got this angelfish 2 weeks ago. It's been in qt with copper I noticed since day one there was a white spot on the back fine. Now it looks like it turned color not sure what it is.

Hard to tell from the resolution of the pic but it kinda looks like Lymphocystis

#MODS maybe move this to fish diseases?
 
To me it still looks like lympho - google
Image Lymphocystis on fish and see if it matches - it is a common virus on angels and butterflies and will go away with good nutrition and water quality. It will look cauliflower like on the fin
