Another AquaSD fail

I should've checked the feedback section but my past dealings with them have been good; although, it's been at least 5 years since my last order. Anyway, I placed an order close to $800. The day before shipping, I get a call and they couldn't fulfill the order as someone has cut/fragged the corals I purchased. I find out that they don't issue refunds only store credit. They told me that they will be getting a new shipment in so I was ok with the store credit. After 2 weeks, I placed my order using the store credit and then added some more using my credit card. Sure enough, I get another call on the day of shipping and they can't fulfill the order again. They don't have the 3 corals that I ordered which was supposed to be wysiwyg. So I said proceed with what is in stock and refund the difference to the credit card. They processed the refund but I find out after 5 days that it was in the form of a gift card/store credit again. The person I spoke with said he cannot process a credit card refund.

I am waiting to hear back from them but I am going to say this is the last time I will deal with them. Lots of other good vendors out there that I can support. If anyone at AquaSD can contact me about this, please send me a message. I am no longer interested in spending my money with you so please just refund the credit card. Original order is #98284 and the replacement order is 99093.

Just a update,I spoke with Aqua SD and they have issued the refund. I do have to say that they have been very good to work with regarding the issue. I may consider them again and hope that they can improve upon the recent issues.
