Another fish ID

hi there is a Reefer in Japan (insta: @naoyuki.hayakawa) who usually post photos and videos on this one fish species I’ve never seen before. I’m wondering if anyone here knows what they are. Thank you ahead of time!

Agreed. Check out ballon lumpfish, too. Although the balloon lumpfish tend to me a bit more colourful and prefer cooler waters.
Coldwater Marine brought some in last year.
