Hello everyone! today i was feeding my tank and found yet another Critter who came to get some food. i know its hiding in the rocks and i think i can see most of the head-parts that would be on a bristle worm but i'm not sure, which also means im not sure if it needs to be evicted. my apologies dor the low quality pic but eh, its the best i could do. thanks in advance!

I'd worry about evicting that algae and not worry so much about the worms. ;)

Bristleworms are literlly the equivalent to "common" earthworms that would be found in your garden. Good Guys with capital G's. And that looks like a bristleworm.

Relax and enjoy the tank! :)

yeah, i have no problem with some of the other brustle worms i have but unfortunately i did get some predatory bristle worms that came free with my live rocks and who were killing my beloved peppermint shrimp (inver tank only!) so i get paranoid about it :(
and yeah i would LOVE to get the macroalgae under control but i can't get access to what i need to kill it off without spending a lottttt of money and possibly killing the macroalgae i'd like to keep, e.g. flourishing halimeda, my beloved, so i've just learned to deal with it and tear out as much as i can be bothered to when i do my water changes :3

If it's supposed to be a macro tank then yeah you just have to work your way through this.

Make sure you're removing as much pest algae by hand as you can....and try to remove some every day if possible. If it's pest microalgae, make sure your CUC is up to snuff. If you wanna list out what you have already we can let you know if it sounds adequate or not.

my clean up crew (which is kinda all of my inhabitants? i guess) are 2 trochus snails, 2 astrea snails, 2 zombie snails, 1 peppermint shrimp (i need to get more because the others have passed and i still can't figure out why), 2 brittle stars (one is larger and purple, the other is smaller and mostly white with purple bands but they seem to get along fine), 1 mystery sea star (live rock stowaway, i have no idea what he is), feather duster worms, and some bristle worms. my only other tank inhabitant is a hingebeak shrimp (i also need to get him some more buddies, the previous hingebeak passed away after getting attacked by the previously mentioned predatory bristle worm who has since been removed). my clean up crew isn't super expansive, the snails + shrimps are the only guys i got On Purpose to be my pets, everything else came with my rocks (for better or for worse. rest in peace my beloved squat lobster, who i miss dearly and who was murked by a gorilla crab who has since been nuked from orbit) so its kinda all over the place

I love bristles. One of few people to do so haha!

Looking as what you posted. That is not a bristle. If you’re asking about the banded looking worm. It has antennas something bristles do not.

Not an experts on all creatures, but with the amount of bristles I have, this one’s not one.
