I just noticed these spots on two of my three anthias. I was treating my tank with chemiclean but seems like it’s probably unrelated.

I have not noticed any recent aggression, but I see that one has some nipped fins (last photo) that I’ve not seen before today. I look at the fish everyday so I feel confident I would have noticed it.

I also have 2 clownfish, a watchman goby, a mandarin, and a Bourbonnais anthia that appear quite healthy

The affected fish are active and eating. Does this seem like a bacterial infection? No sores to speak of below the white patches

I will also note These have been in tank about a month but I put them through a 15 day medicated quarantine with copper and formalin baths and they showed no symptoms of sickness at any point

You can’t really tell some diseases apart just by looking - this could be bacterial or it could be brooklynella. Given the lack of any other symptoms, it could also just be excess mucus produced due to some stress.

Im thinking heavy mucus or even scrapes now trying to heal. Keep an eye on the clowns who are territorial and can be sneaky
