I’ve had a male Lyretail Anthia for sometime and have been wanting a female for him. So when my LFS finally got a batch on females in I jumped on it... but by the time I got there all but this one was sold. It’s significantly larger than my male (and more brave) but I’m not sure it’s a lyretail...? The male seems to be afraid of it. Any thoughts??

That is a Sunburst anthias, also known as a Fathead anthias.

@IslandLifeReef i too thought it might be a Fathead Anthia but looking at several internet photos I think it’s a Squareback Anthia! Besides, when has the internet ever been wrong!?;)
not a fathead, I would agree with the Squareback though!
