Anthias behavior seems odd

This is my first anthias, blood spot as I am told. Tank parameters are in line and all other fish are acting normally.

my anthias will at times sit at the bottom of the tank and start to lean. He will the sporadically swim into the water column, invert himself and hid behind a wave maker or sometimes “lay down” in a rock cave.
He eats fine, no visible indications of parasites just seemingly odd behavior.

Pics would be great and sounds like what my lyretails do occasionally.
Is breathing normal or labored?
Any aggression from ay other tankmates?

I’m working to get some, normal breathing, no aggression that I have witnessed and no injuries that I have been able to see. Right now he is under a rock and I can’t get him out. I have a hospital tank ready but he is not cooperating

Place large net over rock and lift the rock and he will meet Mr. Net

Coming out to eat is a good sign.
How long have you had the anthias?

I added him on 10/4. Sadly he didn’t make it, I managed to get him out of the tank and into a quarantine take. I assume the stress from that did him in. So odd though, he was actually completely normal until today. The other fish (2 mocha clowns, Niger Trigger, and royal gramma) all seem perfectly healthy. Worried now about the others
