Have had 4 Anthias in an observation quarantine from my LFS for 3 weeks now and we’re looking great until last night noticed two of them had pop eye and figured from injury possibly from male aggression. I have only added epsom salt as I found researching on this forum as of now. As you can see by the pictures tail fin of male not looking good, the eye on two don’t look good and now even see possibly some side damage on one of the females. Is this aggression from being in a smaller QT 10 gallon or more? Sorry not very knowledgeable on fish still newer at this.

Observational quarantine really needs to be avoided - fish coming through the supply chain pick up all sorts is diseases that need to be dealt with using preventative medication.
Adding Epsom salts is a freshwater treatment, it doesn’t work for marine fish, magnesium sulfate is the fourth most common salt in our mixes, so the fish are already bathing in it.
It does look like the fish have been fighting, but now it looks like secondary bacterial infections have set in.
I’m not sure how you will be able to isolate the fish to stop the fighting.

What is the water quality readings for the tank, especially ammonia?

Ammonia badge reads safe and I change 50% of the water every three days. I also have some bio balls out of my main tank Sump to try to help. Trying to keep as clean as possible. Thank you for you help on this!
