My experience with dispars, the very small ones really need small, small food and often. The bigger ones seem to do better as they can eat bigger pieces of food. They make great display fish though. They mostly hang together and once used to the tank are out most of the time. My wrasses and tang mostly ignore them.

They only get 3 inches so I would think so but you could just add once group of either too if you are concerned about aggression between the different anthias.

I would recommend choosing just 1 species and doing a trio of that in a 60g.
