Anthias with bad popeye

I have 3 Anthias. 1 male 2 female. I noticed the other day that one of them was hiding and had a big eye. I managed to catch him and put him in a QT.

I treated the water with API General Cure, and Kanaplex. The next day he looked worse. I treated the water with Erythromycin (which I used before on eye problems).

He just seems to keep getting worse. Now it's both eyes. I don't know what to do? Should I keep treating with what I have or try something else?

Yes, it is both eyes now. It was only one when I put him in there.

The gas in the eye is from some trauma, medications won’t help with that. I’ve tried withdrawing the gas with a tuberculin syringe, but it always returns.

The best thing to do is leave the fish alone in a quiet tank and see if it can reabsorb the gas in its own.

I'm not going to try to withdraw it myself. She's in her own tank now.

It’s rarer, but the catch up to move it may have damaged the second eye.

The only other cause of this is gas supersaturation. I ruled that out because only one anthias in the group is showing symptoms. Supersaturation would affect all fish of the same species equally.

The most likely diagnosis is a bacterial infection. You have treated with mutiple antibiotics - with minimal help. Also minimal time. I would cut back what you're doing - to putting the fish in a hospital tank - and using Kanaplex. The other antibiotics you were using are likely not helpful≥. Then - wait.
