Any Canadians?

Hi! Any Canadian reefers here that trade/sell macro algae & LPS/soft corals? Canreef seems to be a fairly dead forum since I was last in the hobby and doing a mixed reef (mostly macro, soft and a LPS or two). Market place and fb groups seem to also be pretty low activity. Based in Vancouver for reference but open to buying from other provinces if you guys live elsewhere!

I prefer reaching out to other hobbyists first cause a) the stores and overnight shipping on top for online order can be pricey. And b) it’s nice to return some of that hard earned money to everyone’s pockets by buying through hobbyists when fragging!

Join BC HOTSPOT CORAL and Reef and Saltwater Aquariums of British Columbia on Facebook. There are several local sellers who regularly have LPS available. Seaside Corals in Coquitlam also has a nice selection of Euphyllia, gonis and mushrooms.

I’m mostly having trouble finding a long polyp leather and macro algae. I found some dragons breath but staying away from caulerpa and chaeto. There’s nice ones online but can’t justify the $60 just for overnight shipping on an overpriced algae
